How cool is that -- Gene Sloan of USA Today's Cruise Log put a link to my story this weekend in The Dallas Morning News in his Cruise Log. This was the quote he liked, 90-year-old community activist and general wonder woman Arquilla Smith, who told me this about when she got her degree at age 80.
"I thought, 'I'm the oldest one here!' but the kids didn't think about my age. I don't think anybody was paying any attention to my age but me!"
